This Years Home Fitness Plan

This year I have resigned myself to the fact that if I join a gym I will undoubtedly start strong and quickly peter out. Therefore, this years fitness plan involves a couple of well-researched fitness dvds. I will keep some of my old favourites like Rodney Yees Power Yoga, Flexibility and Stamina in the mix, but add two to take it up a notch.

I broach this subject initially by defining exactly what I am looking for, and what will not work. For example, I have a decent amount of floor space to do mat work and routines. However, I will not purchase any more equipment, not one single piece. So, if I cannot use water bottles, or cans that already exist in my cupboard then the potential dvd is crossed off the list right off the bat.

After looking around, and reading a great deal of reviews and watching clips I narrowed it down and the order has been placed. Tracy Anderson, who has been making the television circuit this past year has won out. I am eager to get started on both her Mat Method and Dance Cardio lessons. Each will require true commitment if I plan to really make a change, but I know I will be pleased as punch with any results.
